Analytics
Adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics for your agents.
On this page
Track how your agents are being used with built-in analytics. Runbear provides both org-wide and per-agent dashboards to help you understand adoption, usage patterns, and user satisfaction.
Accessing analytics#
- Org-wide dashboard — Go to Analytics in the main navigation to see aggregated metrics across all agents.
- Per-agent dashboard — Open a specific agent and go to its Analytics tab to see metrics for that agent only. Agents on the Claude Agent SDK runtime don't have an Analytics tab.
Key metrics#
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Messages | Number of messages processed by the agent (includes both thread replies and standalone messages) |
| Total Users | Number of distinct users who interacted with the agent |
| Estimated Time Saved | Minutes saved per message times standalone messages, plus minutes saved per thread times threads. The defaults are 7 minutes per message and 20 per thread; change them under Settings → Preferences → Time saved (Minutes saved per message and Minutes saved per thread). The figures are a personal preference, so each person sees the estimate from their own formula |
| User Feedback | Breakdown of emoji reactions on agent responses, showing satisfaction distribution. The thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons from response feedback are not counted here |
Filtering#
Use the date range picker to view metrics for a specific time period. The default view shows the last 30 days.
On the org-wide dashboard, you can also filter by a specific agent to narrow the results.
