Track how your agents are being used with built-in analytics. Runbear provides both org-wide and per-agent dashboards to help you understand adoption, usage patterns, and user satisfaction.

## Accessing analytics

- **Org-wide dashboard** — Go to **Analytics** in the main navigation to see aggregated metrics across all agents.
- **Per-agent dashboard** — Open a specific agent and go to its **Analytics** tab to see metrics for that agent only.

## Key metrics

| Metric | Description |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Total Messages** | Number of messages processed by the agent (includes both thread replies and standalone messages) |
| **Total Users** | Number of distinct users who interacted with the agent |
| **Estimated Time Saved** | Calculated from message volume — estimates how much time the agent saved your team |
| **User Feedback** | Breakdown of emoji reactions on agent responses, showing satisfaction distribution |

## Filtering

Use the **date range picker** to view metrics for a specific time period. The default view shows the last 30 days.

On the org-wide dashboard, you can also filter by a specific agent to narrow the results.

## Message insights

Enable **Message insights** in your agent settings for deeper analysis of conversations. When enabled, the agent analyzes message patterns to surface trends and areas for improvement.
